1. Your Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Started on Indemo
Ready to invest with Indemo? First, let's get you onboarded.
Creating an account on Indemo is fast, secure, and fully digital. Whether you're a seasoned investor or just exploring new opportunities, we make sure you start off on the right foot - with clarity and confidence.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Click on the “Create Account” button and enter:
- Your country of residence
- Email address
- First and last name
- A secure password
Note: This is where any promo code should be added. This cannot be done later.
After submitting your details, you’ll receive a verification email with a code to confirm your email address.
Step 2: Fill In Your Profile
Once your email is verified, it’s time to start the onboarding process. You can complete this in English, German, Spanish, or Latvian (for now).
You'll need to provide:
- Your residential address (Country of Birth, City, Postal Code)
- Your tax information (Primary Tax Residency). If you're unsure of your Tax Identification Number (TIN), online OECD resources can help.
- Your occupation details, including your role and industry
- Your PEP (Politically Exposed Person) status - this helps us comply with international financial regulations. Not sure what a PEP is? We’ve got a clear explanation ready for you during onboarding.
Step 3: Verify Your Identity
Indemo uses Veriff, a trusted third-party verification partner, to confirm your identity. You’ll need:
- A valid government-issued ID
- A mobile phone (or a device with a camera and microphone)
If you're having technical issues, you can use a different phone or device to complete the process.
Note: Identity verification can take up to 1–2 business days, although it's often quicker.
Step 4: Welcome Aboard!
Once everything checks out, you’ll receive a “Welcome Aboard” email and be ready to start funding your account and investing.
