As Latvia celebrates several national holidays in early May, please take note of Indemo’s Investor Support Team updated working schedule:

- May 1 (Friday) – Labour Day / Constituent Assembly Convocation Day — National Holiday
- May 4 (Monday) – Independence Restoration Day — National Holiday
Please note that the Indemo Support Team will be closed on:
- May 1, Friday
- May 4, Monday
During these dates, live support will not be available. However, our Indemo AI Agent will continue to assist you 24/7 as usual. We will get back to your requests as soon as possible once the support team returns. We will resume regular operations on Tuesday, May 5.
During this time, instant SEPA payments for wallet top-ups will continue to be processed as usual, 24/7. However, Cross-border payments and standard SEPA payments will not be processed on Friday, May 1st, due to TARGET2 holidays observed by our banking partner.
Please note that the Indemo platform will remain fully operational. You can still browse the newly listed Discounted Debt investment opportunities, monitor your portfolio, and invest as usual.
