We are launching Indemo’s new Refer a Friend Program, designed to reward both existing Indemo investors and the new investors they invite to the platform.
The new program includes two independent referral bonus models:
- Basic Referral Program for all users
- VIP Referral Program for larger referred investments
Both programs are designed to make referrals simple, transparent, and rewarding, whether you are inviting one friend or building a wider investor network. The Basic and VIP programs are independent and mutually exclusive for each referral pair.
Two ways to earn referral bonuses
The new Refer a Friend Program gives investors two possible bonus models.
The Basic Referral Program rewards you based on the number of qualified investors you refer. The more qualified referrals you bring to Indemo, the higher your cumulative referral bonus can grow.
The VIP Referral Program is designed for larger referred investors. In this model, the bonus is calculated as 2% of the referred investor’s qualifying investment amount, split equally between the referrer and the referred investor:
- Referrer receives: 1%
- Referred investor receives: 1%
For example, if a referred investor qualifies with a €20,000 investment, the referrer receives €200, and the referred investor also receives €200.
Basic Referral Program
The Basic Referral Program is available to all Indemo users.
Once your referred friend registers through your referral link, completes verification, and meets the qualifying investment conditions, both sides can receive a bonus.
Your referred investor receives a €25 welcome bonus upon qualification. Your own bonus grows based on the number of qualified referrals you bring to Indemo.
After the sixth qualified referral, your bonus continues growing by €150 per additional qualified referral.
VIP Referral Program
The VIP Referral Program is designed for larger referred investments.
If your referred investor qualifies for the VIP model, the total referral bonus is calculated as 2% of the total qualifying investment amount, split equally between both sides.

There is no upper limit on the investment amount or bonus amount under the VIP model.
How to qualify
To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred investor must:
- Register using your referral link
- Complete identity verification
- Meet the required investment threshold
- Keep the funds on the platform for the required holding period
The Basic Referral Program requires a qualifying investment of €1,000+.
The VIP Referral Program requires a qualifying investment of €20,000+.
Key timelines
For the Basic Referral Program, the referred investor has up to 60 days to reach the €1,000+ investment threshold. After the threshold is reached, the funds must remain on the platform for 30 days. The bonus is then credited after the holding period.
For the VIP Referral Program, the referred investor’s first investment must be made within 30 days of registration, and the VIP evaluation window is 30 days from the first investment.

The new Refer a Friend Program is built to make that process more rewarding and more flexible. The Basic Referral Program gives every user a clear bonus ladder, while the VIP Referral Program makes it more attractive to introduce larger investors to Indemo.

Are there any limits on referrals?
No! You can invite as many friends as you like and continue earning
Can I withdraw my cashback bonus?
Cashback bonuses are credited as investment funds and cannot be withdrawn directly. So you need to invest them into Notes. However, once your investments generate returns, all earnings become freely available funds.
Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
Usually separate promotions cannot be combined, unless otherwise specified. Please make sure to read the terms of new promotions and campaigns and their synergy with this RAF campaign. Stay tuned for future updates!
What happens to my previous Refer a Friend referrals?
The previous Refer a Friend Program was terminated upon the launch of the new program. Previous referrals are no longer eligible for bonuses under the old program.
You can still view your historical referral activity and rewards on the platform.
Can I opt for the old Refer a Friend terms to continue for new referrals?
No, all new registrations made with a referral link as of October 20, 2026 11:00 CET will go according to the new Refer a Friend campaign terms.
Remember:
- Referral bonuses cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a third party. When repayments in Notes you invested together with Cashback rewards are made, all your earnings become your free cash funds.
- Referral bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Only one referral or promotional link can be applied during registration. Investors cannot benefit from both a content creator/publisher referral link and an Indemo Refer a Friend Program link for the same registration.
- If your referrals are using both a referral link and promo code when registering, the promo code will have a priority over the referral link.
- The previous Refer a Friend Program was terminated upon the launch of the new program. Previous referrals are no longer eligible for bonuses under the old program, but historical referral activity and rewards remain visible.
- Referral bonuses are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Indemo Refer a Friend Program.
- The Basic Referral Program and VIP Referral Program are independent and mutually exclusive for each referral pair.
