Platform Update: Expanded Portfolio Revaluation View

We're continuing to improve how investors track and understand their portfolios on Indemo.

Following the launch of Dynamic Portfolio Revaluation earlier this year, we've now expanded the feature with updated debt figures and additional asset-level information.

This latest upgrade gives investors a clearer way to compare an asset's original figures with its current data, directly within their portfolio.

Current Debt Amounts Updated Across the Portfolio

As part of this expansion, Current Debt Amounts have been updated across the entire Indemo portfolio.

Going forward, these figures will be updated on a quarterly basis, helping investors stay informed about changes in the underlying mortgage debts.

Debt amounts can evolve over time as interest, default interest, and other applicable charges accumulate during the recovery process. Having access to updated figures is particularly useful when following investments held over longer periods.

New Initial and Current Metrics in Debt Summary

We've also expanded the Debt Summary section of individual assets.

Investors can now compare the figures available when an opportunity was first listed with the latest updated information.

The expanded view includes:

  • Debt Amount: Initial and Current
  • Collateral Value: Initial and Current
  • PTV (Price to Value): Initial and Current
  • PTD (Price to Debt): Initial and Current

These additional fields make it easier to follow changes in the underlying debt and collateral data, and understand how key asset metrics have developed since listing.

Please note: If a Current figure is identical to its Initial figure, it may not appear separately in the interface. Separate Current values are displayed when the relevant metric has been updated.

Where to Find the New Metrics

You can access the expanded view in just a few steps:

  1. Open Portfolio → Assets.
  2. Select an individual asset.
  3. Navigate to the Debt Summary section.
  4. Review the available Initial and Current metrics.

The updated view is also available in the Indemo mobile app. Make sure you're using the latest version.

The indicative values displayed on Indemo are estimates provided for informational purposes. They do not represent guaranteed returns, recovery amounts, or exit prices. Actual investment outcomes may differ. Investing in financial instruments involves risk, including the potential loss of invested capital.

Building on Dynamic Portfolio Revaluation

When we introduced Dynamic Portfolio Revaluation, our goal was to give investors a more informative view of how their portfolio's indicative value evolves over time.

The feature already takes into account market dynamics, updated asset information, and recovery stage progress.

This expansion adds another layer of transparency, making more of the underlying figures visible and easier to compare.

We'll continue improving the tools and information available to investors as we develop the Indemo platform.
