Record Repayments, Roadmap Progress & What Comes Next

The Indemo Q2 2026 Review Video is now live, and it is one of our most important quarterly updates so far.

It is a focused look at how Indemo continued to grow in Q2, which platform milestones were reached, how repayments developed during the quarter, what progress was made on our 2026 roadmap, and what is coming next for the Indemo community.

Watch the full Q2 2026 Review Video on YouTube here:

In this video, Sergejs and David sit down to discuss platform growth, Q2 repayments, Flow Stage updates, investor education, product delivery, secondary market progress, and the plan to launch a second investment product on Indemo.

Q2 2026 at a Glance: Indemo Continues to Grow

Q2 was another strong quarter for Indemo. During the quarter, the platform moved from:

  • 20,000 investors to over 22,000 investors
  • €30 million total invested to €34 million
  • €27 million Assets Under Administration to €31 million
  • €3.1 million repaid all-time to €4.2 million

These numbers reflect continued investor demand, growing platform activity, and the ongoing development of Indemo as a regulated European investment platform focused on real estate-backed investment opportunities.

Insights: More Transparency Through Platform Analytics

Q2 also brought continued development of the Indemo Insights section.

The Insights section helps investors better understand platform-level performance, including key statistics such as total investors, funds invested, total repaid, average duration, return range, and repaid amount.

This is part of our broader goal to make platform data easier to access and easier to understand

Q2 Repayments: A Record Quarter for Indemo

Q2 2026 was also a record quarter for repayments.

During the quarter, 5 discounted debt assets were repaid to investors:

  • A97, Apartment in Torrelodones, Madrid – Read more
  • R001, Apartment in Palafrugell, Girona – Read more
  • J044, Apartment in Adeje, Tenerife – Read more
  • R179, House in Barcelona – Read more
  • R131, House in Terrassa, Barcelona – Read more

Together, these repayments helped increase the total amount repaid to investors from €3.1 million to €4.2 million.

They also show that discounted debt recoveries can happen through different paths, including legal progression, settlements, institutional secondary market exits, and other recovery outcomes depending on the case.

You can now track these metrics live on our Insights page.

Flow Stage Updates: Keeping Investors Informed

Another key topic in the Q2 Review Video is the continued development of Flow Stage communication.

During Q2, Indemo published 95 Flow Stage updates, a new record for the platform. These updates are part of our ongoing effort to keep investors informed about the progress of assets in their portfolios.

If you want to find out the latest update about any debt in your portfolio, the main places to follow are:

  • Monthly Flow Stage Updates
  • Special Focus Updates

In Q2, we also published two Special Focus updates, taking a deeper look at selected cases, including R018 and R169.

These focused updates are designed to give investors more context around specific cases, especially when the legal process is more complex or when a deeper explanation is useful.

Our updates can be found via push notifications on the app, our blog, email newsletter, telegram channel, and socials.

What Are Flow Stages?

Flow Stages are the 24 steps that help investors follow the legal and recovery progress of discounted debt opportunities on Indemo.

In Q2, we also released a full video guide to the Flow Stages, where David sat down with the director of one of our servicing partners to go through each stage and explain it in plain English for the Indemo community.

If you are new to discounted debt investing, or if you want to better understand what is happening behind each stage, we recommend watching the full Flow Stages guide after the Q2 Review Video.

Behind the Flow: More Context Behind Selected Cases

In Q2, we also released Chapter 2 of our Behind the Flow series.

Behind the Flow is our deeper educational series created to give investors more context about selected discounted debt opportunities. The goal is to show that visible stage movement is only one part of the picture. Many important actions happen behind the scenes, including legal preparation, court filings, debtor opposition handling, settlement pressure, servicing work, and potential exit discussions.

One important example is R001. This asset was covered in Behind the Flow Chapter 2 and was repaid some weeks after the chapter was released.

This is a useful reminder that the recovery process can develop in different ways. Flow Stage movement is important, but it is only one part of how discounted debt opportunities can progress..

Roadmap Progress: What Was Delivered and What Comes Next

The Q2 Review Video also looks back at the Indemo product roadmap and the progress made during the first half of 2026.

Several important roadmap items have already been delivered:

  • Notes Creation Automation was planned for Q1 and delivered in January.
  • AutoInvest 2.0 was planned for Q1 and delivered in March.
  • The new Indemo website was planned for Q1 and delivered in May.
  • The Indemo mobile app was planned for Q2 and delivered in June.
  • Dynamic Portfolio Revaluation was planned for Q2 and delivered in June.
  • A new Cashback Reporting Upgrade was also delivered in June, improving transparency in how cashback is allocated and shown in investor reporting.

These updates are part of Indemo’s broader 2026 direction: better automation, more transparency, improved portfolio understanding, mobile-first access, and a stronger overall investor experience.

Secondary Market Update

One of the most important topics in the Q2 Review Video is the Indemo Secondary Market.

The secondary market is one of the most anticipated features in the Indemo community, and in the video, Sergejs and David share an update on its current status and next steps.

The secondary market concept has already been presented to Latvijas Banka, and the approval has been received. The next stage is execution.

This is an important milestone because the secondary market is designed to support greater flexibility and potential liquidity for investors in the future.

Watch the video to find out more details about the Secondary Market Update.

A Second Investment Opportunity on Indemo

Another key announcement in the Q2 Review Video is the plan to launch a second investment product on Indemo.

This new product is planned for later in 2026 and is expected to give investors access to an additional type of real estate-backed investment opportunity on the platform.

The goal is to expand the Indemo product offering while staying close to what our community already values: real estate-backed investments, transparency, and clear product structure.

More details will be shared as the launch gets closer.

Events and Community Highlights

Q2 was also an active quarter for Indemo outside the platform.

In April, Indemo took part in Invest Stuttgart 2026 as part of the Latvian national booth, joining other Latvian fintech companies at one of Germany’s leading finance and investment events.

Indemo was also represented by our CEO, Sergejs Viskovskis, at the “Coffee with the Minister” session hosted by the Fintech Latvia Association together with Magnetiq Bank. The event brought together fintech investment platform peers and the Minister of Economics of Latvia, Viktors Valainis, to discuss industry achievements, real challenges, and where the sector would benefit most from government support.

Sergejs also joined the LIAA-organised seminar “Spain – a Market of Opportunities for Latvian Exporters”, where Latvian companies discussed how to start, grow, and build long-term business relationships in Spain. For Indemo, this was a valuable opportunity to share experience from building a real estate-backed investment platform with Spain at the centre of our product.

We also welcomed several members of the investor and partner community to the Indemo office in Riga, including visitors from Spain and Italy. These meetings are an important part of building stronger relationships with the community and showing the work behind the platform.

Community Q&A

The Q2 Review Video also includes questions from the Indemo community.

One of the topics discussed is the geopolitical situation in Latvia and how it relates to Indemo’s operations.

In the video, Sergejs and David address questions about operational continuity, investor funds, and how Indemo is structured as a regulated investment platform.

We appreciate questions like this from the community, because they allow us to address important concerns directly and transparently.
