As part of our monthly updates, we’re sharing the latest developments in legal proceedings for selected debts in our portfolio. These updates highlight important progress in the debt recovery process and are part of our ongoing commitment to keeping investors informed about the legal journey of each asset.

In September, there were 24 cases that moved forward in the legal process. Here are the legal stage changes recorded this month:

🏡 R021 – House at Bidasoa

Previous Status: Trial
Current Status: Court Decision
What this means: The judge evaluates the case and makes a ruling based on the evidence presented.

🏡 R029 – House at Carrer del Bages

Previous Status: Cargo Certificate
Current Status: Summon Issued
What this means: The court notifies the debtor and mandates the debtor to either settle the outstanding debt or oppose the claim.

🏡 R030 – House at Carrer de la Roca

Previous Status: First Notification
Current Status: Court Claim Applied
What this means: The Lending Company takes legal action by applying to the court of law to initiate debt recovery proceedings.

What this means: The court confirms that the auction results are legitimate and complete.

Previous Status: Auction Initiated
Current Status: Auction Closed
What this means: The Lending Company participates in the auction in order to take over the property.

🏢 R130 – Apartment in Alcorcón

Previous Status: Trial
Current Status: Auction Initiated
What this means: The Lending Company requests the court to initiate an auction of the real estate collateral. The court sets the date and publishes information about the upcoming auction.

🏘️ R135 – Two Houses in Madrid

Previous Status: Court Claim Applied
Current Status: Submission Confirmation
What this means: The court accepts the Lending Company's application.
